Refund policy

At Zebaaish, we follow Islamic principles of honest trade, transparency, and fair dealing. Every product is prepared with care and full disclosure of fabric, design, and quality so customers can make informed decisions.

We offer returns or exchanges only in case of:

• Wrong item delivered
• Defective or damaged product
• Significant difference from the described order

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

We do not offer returns for change of mind, size issues (unless our mistake), or used products, as per fair trade principles.

Our goal is to ensure trust, honesty, and satisfaction in every transaction, following the Islamic value of “rightful trade without harm or deception.”
