Defective item exchange At Zebaaish, we are committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards and your expectations. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive an item with a genuine issue, we are here to assist you.
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange requests will only be accepted in the following situations:
• You receive a defective or damaged product.
• You receive an incorrect item different from your order.
• The size delivered does not match the size selected during purchase.
Please note that exchanges are not offered based on personal preferences such as color variation, design choice, fabric feel, or change of mind after purchase.
Exchange Request Process
To initiate an exchange, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving their order.
The item must be returned in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact, within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
Store Credit Option
Upon approval of an exchange request, Zebaaish may offer either:
• A replacement product (subject to availability), or
• Store Credit equal to the value of the purchased item.
Store Credit can be redeemed on future purchases through Zebaaish.com and cannot be converted into cash.
Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for all shipping and courier costs associated with returning products for exchange. Zebaaish does not reimburse shipping expenses unless otherwise approved.
Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, exchange requests are generally processed within 10–14 business days.
Sale & Promotional Items
Products purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, or clearance events are generally not eligible for exchange.
However, exchange requests related to sizing issues may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to stock availability.
Refund Policy
Zebaaish does not offer monetary refunds for any domestic or international orders.
Where applicable, approved claims will be resolved through product replacement or Store Credit only.
