Paid Orders

After 24 hours, cancellation requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are subject to Zebaaish's approval.

Refund & Store Credit Policy

Zebaaish does not offer cash refunds, bank transfers, or payment reversals for approved cancellations.

In the event of an approved cancellation, customers will receive a Zebaaish Store Credit or Voucher equal to the paid order amount.

Store credits can be used toward future purchases on Zebaaish.com.

Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
