Cash on delivery cancellation. At Zebaaish, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. However, we understand that order cancellations may sometimes be necessary. Please review our cancellation policy below.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not been dispatched.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • Zebaaish reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or technical issues.

Paid Orders

  • Paid orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement upon customer request.

  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are subject to Zebaaish's approval.

Important Information

To process a cancellation request, customers must contact us using the same email address or phone number provided during checkout. This helps us verify order ownership and ensure secure processing.

Refund & Store Credit Policy

  • Zebaaish does not offer cash refunds, bank transfers, or payment reversals for approved cancellations.

  • In the event of an approved cancellation, customers will receive a Zebaaish Store Credit or Voucher equal to the paid order amount.

  • Store credits can be used toward future purchases on Zebaaish.com.

  • Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
